I am excited, have just had to book hotel for big boss from Dubai coming over, and all staff are invited to dinner! My first thought was oh craps, i can't go for dinner as on this diet, but work will expect me to be there... then i realised that i get weighed on that day at 6pm, and dinner is not until 9pm in posh fancy hotel, so i can then go have a meal with work and have a week to work it off.... of course i will make sensible high protein low carbs choices, filet mignon anyone?! but will be nice to be able to go. Have offered colleagues a lift so won't be tempted by the ole grape juice!
