    would i have any grounds to complain about this,seems having to wait for my next bill is a bit long to wait,surely they should have the information about the ammendment on their computers

    This does sound very confusing, it sounds like they can't explain it themselves. This is not good enough, when you approach your supplier they should be helping you understand.

    If you have already contacted the complaints department I would be inclined to call again and tell them you want an explanation. If they can not provide this ask for the advisors manager and follow the internal complaints procedure.

    If you haven't raised a complaint, do so.They should be doing everything possible to help you understand this and if you feel you have not received the level of service you expect and require, there is certainly grounds to complain.

    Sometimes you just need to keep pressuring to get the resolution you require.

    it just seems kinda strange they fixed my gas tarriff but FORGOT to fix my electricity tarriff, i thought they would just ammend my bill and send me a new one,but no i have to wait until May to find out
