I have received my confirmation - at least 3 weeks ago. gave me the option to extend my stay or upgrade. It was a Park resort - incase that makes a difference.

Finally got mine last week was getting worried....
I would ring them, because few yrs ago I was such hurry to post off application I forgot to put chq payable to sun holidays and because they have temp staff in she cashed my chq which was silly because it was traced back to her and she was taken to court for theft...I got free holiday in the end

I've emailed 2 adresses for the sun and they just acknowledged email and said would get back to me. Emailed Butlins and they said have had problems sending out the confirmations and should get it shortly (still waiting). Tried sun helpline but never can get through :mad: .
Never had this problem with sun holidays before :rolleyes:
