Cancelling contract within 1st 30 days
Can someone please help.
I recently purchased a new Samsung PIXON via dialaphone. However after speaking to O2 re PAC code it turned out they could offer me a better, cheaper deal via upgrade.
I am therefore looking to find out what rights I have to cancel contract with dialaphone after 14 days but before 1st 30 days. I have used it a couple of times, but not much.
Can anyone please advise how best to resolve???

You only have the first 14 days (distance selling rules) after that you're bound to the length of the contract, sorry.0
