What Calls Can Make On An Orange Contract ?

I took out a contract on the orange network with 500 anytime any network minutes. Does anyone know what minutes these include ? I know you could use 0870 and 0800 numbers befour. Can you still use these ?

I dont know what contract im on ? i just know i have 500 x net minutes every month, and no texts or gprs
