Moving from Madasafish?

Hi folks!
My partner and I are currently paying about £35/month for Broadband Max 20GB (about £25) and Talk Free (about £10) from Madasafish. we moved there because they were cheaper and because they have great customer service.
However, our downloading was always exceeding the basic 5GB/month, going to about 10-15 GB, so we had to upgrade to the 20GB allowance - which boosted the cost of the Broadband up to £25. The phone is never more than £10 as we don't ever call out on it.
Now things are getting a bit tight and we need to economise if possible. So I am looking around at a provider that will give us the necessary download limit, won't throttle torrents, will be cheaper but has good customer service...
...any ideas?

I am also on madasafish and have recently requested my MAC code.
I have signed up to Tiscali, which is £15 per month, with unlimited downloads and INCLUDES line rental. It is a 12 month contract.
You could also consider Virgin, O2 as mentioned above, Talk talk or Plusnet.
If you do switch, join throung quidco, which pays cashback on certain providers. I should receive £25 for signing up to tiscali.0
