Get a grip. I don't agree with the OP at all and what they want to do but to call them the worse parents that you have every read about is either extremely pathetic or you have lived a very sheltered life.
I meant read about on here you fool !!
Of course there are worse people!! Jeez, you have to be so specific for some people to understand.0 -
No way is this post for real.
I think it started real (and the parents really are stupid), but now the OP is simply trolling.
Let the thread fall out of sight.0 -
Hi yes - no I don't want to give up until i feel no more useful information can arise.
as you are problay all aware i was just looking ofr advice on the legal position. I don't have any problems with the moral side as the money will be paid back I'm just posting in the hope someone with legal knowledge can advise as some posters have tried to do.
Although i'm not sure as yet as to wheter th correct legap positio has emerged.
moraaly I would take the money out of the account tomorrow and use it to pay off the mortgage as i kow it would be paid back. But l don't want to be in a position of doing anything illegal. So am looking ofrhte legal way of doing what i am happy to do morally if that makes sense. i know it sounds rediculus charging your kids for food. but if that is the legal way of doing it so be it. As i say am happy with the moral positionits just the legal position i'm completely unsure of.0 -
do not steal her money, that is illegal. just because you think you'll pay it back, doesn't make it okKavanne

That is not your money, it belongs to a 6 year old girl.
I would never dream of taking money off my children, not even for their rent. I brought them into the world and I'll keep them financially. I do not expect them to finance my needs.
You're disgusting and it's the most revolting question I've ever read on MSE.
And you can't flucking spell either.Be happy, it's the greatest wealth0 -
I inherited some money when I was 14. My mother had a mortgage. It was not until I was 18 that she asked me if I would pay off her mortgage in exchange for a share in the house. I agreed and we did it all correctly through the right legal channels. AND RIGHTLY SO.
You need to continue on with your life as if that money does not exist.steadynerve wrote: »Hi yes - no I don't want to give up until i feel no more useful information can arise.

Thats disgusting!
What are you legally allowed to take?! To cover expenses for your child!?! Why did you have a child if you dont want to pay for her?!?!
And why are you so worried about the legality of it all if you are going to pay it back?
It would only become a legal issure if you didnt. And if someone found out!
And how on earth could you justify charging a 6 year old rent?! What if she doesn't pay, are you going to give her notice and throw her on the street!
Put her money somewhere you cant touch it. You may be struggling now, but think that this money could help make sure your daughter doesnt have to in the first place!
Also, what is a troll please? I see this alot on mse, and I don't understand what is meant by it?0
