Trying to launch a website

I thought I understood yesterday but now i am not so sure.

I tried the internet explorer way & I am sure i used all the right numbers etc but it continually timed out before asking for a password. Then i tried through the 1 & 1 site again used their software. I asked it to upload my Frontpage files & I can see them on their screen but is there more to it than this. I have looked on the internet for my site & I get a message saying it exists but i cant look at it & should never try again (looks like something which would prevent people from looking at scarey things on the internet ). the web address is

I dont think this constitutes advertising as there is nothing on the other end.

If you are using it just publish it from frontpage

How to here http://www.frontpages-web-hosting.net/support/flash/frontp_publish_ftp.htm You will have to do it as ftp watch the tutorial.
