Does National Express really have connections in both Glasgow and Edinburgh to Benfleet?

    It's all very impressive.

I can't get any further than Newcastle, when I'm calling in on the luvvly Serena.

No No, his connections are purely 1st n 2nd class between Glasgow, Benfleet and Edinburgh (don't forget its far cheaper to go 1st class with this company.

Its such a shame he has missed Manchester out, I was quite looking forward to seeing this stranger wobbling up my drive with a fake German accent, wearing a Nigerian Floral cape n wallowing like a banshee.

Will be sure to keep my windows tightly locked (just in case) :D:D:D

Just to let people know that I am still looking into GCs PCs and especially concerned about the insecure site taking card details. I am still in contact with DS Simon Dovaston who updated me just before bank holiday to say he was still investigating and waiting for reports from other agencies - but TS still not returning my calls sadly - as soon as I hear anymore will update you all

Thanks dinah, is DS Dovaston familiar with the new laws relating to unfair business practices recently. They include businesses or their associates posting miss leading posts on websites praising their own company or the like. I'm not sure if the police deal with this law or Trading Standards.

I think everyone is aware of odd posts praising GC's Pcs on various websites and people posting that the police had closed their file etc etc.

It would be interesting if [Name removed by Forum Team] could be investigated under this law as it may serve to put off other companies that use the internet to miss lead customers with false posts (There are a few on MSE)

This would be trading standards and the office of fair trading. Some offences are civil but some are criminal and if he is misleading people complaints should be made to TS and OFT. Hope that helps. I can't find GCs PCs DPA registration on Information Commissioner's site so have emailed him asking for that info; have no idea if will get a reply

Yes, I forwarded these emails to the Police the moment I got them. I think it is only a matter of time before they will be subjected to a dawn raid. Which is OK, as [Name removed by Forum Team] has to get up early anyway for this 3 hour commute from Benfleet (eeeh, Basingstoke) to Southend.

Oh, by the by, I thought [Name removed by Forum Team] had been banned me from accessing "his" website; I tried it all morning and it worked fine. What's going on?

The Police/Authorities dont seem to be doing much yet. Just shows how easy it is to rip people off and not get caught.

We all know Trading Standards only get involved once Joe public have done their work for them, TS are solely there to claim credit for all the hard work everyone else puts in.

I think your miss reading the message saying he has contacts in Edinburgh and Glasgow as being a threat of violence. It has come from the Legal Department of the GLC Group. They are a multi national company with offices in New York, Paris and Benfleet.

When they advise you to be cautious as they have contacts in Scotland they are obviously meaning they have other solicitors based there. They would persue you under Scottish Law which gives [Name removed by Forum Team] more options. Not only can he give you a criminal record and freeze your bank account. Under Scottish law he can also make you shave for twelve months with a blunt razor and no shaving cream. He can also make you listen to Bag Pipes for three hours without a break

I'd have thought he would have had more options under Australian law.
