More likely that companies house did not agree with the T & Cs [Name removed by Forum Team] wanted to attach to the contract between the two of them eg if companies house has a problem with his annual returns they must pay the admin charge and take a ticket. If they ask him for more tax then he reserves the right to charge an admin fee etc etc
Obviously the above is Allegedly...0 -
All this talk of the company's very strange T&C's reminds me of this:-
Groucho: "That's in every contract, that's what you call a sanity clause."
Chico: "You can't a fool a me there ain't no sanity clause"
Sanity is not the word that springs to mind when I read some of [Name removed by Forum Team] 's postings. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

Always baffles me how UKData manages to make so much money, so easily, from so many.
£18 a time? Outrageous.
And when you compare UKData's "free" information with that freely provided by Companies House itself, the situation's even more staggering:

Am I the only person who thinks it's weird the way directors keep resigning and then being re-appointed or appointed as company secretary, etc?0
-
From April last year, as part of the Government's campaign to deregulate, er, everything, the legal requirement of a private company to appoint a company secretary was dropped.
That may account for the to-ing and fro-ing.
What I've always thought a bit weird was the role seemingly played by [Name removed by Forum Team] in all this. . .0
