Your grasp of the law is HORRENDOUS, you don't have any concept of what discrimination or defamation is, you are in contravention of the Unfair terms in Consumer Contracts act 1999 amongst others, you lie about Trading Standards verifying your terms and giving them the all clear, STOP TELLING US THEY ARE LEGAL, people are quoting you parts of the act (mentioned above) that your terms are in contravention to.

No matter how many self-delusory posts appear here and elsewhere, there's still no explanation as to just what led a 16-year-old boy to develop so coldly arrogant a contempt for his fellow human beings.

Certainly there’s no clue in the exit strategy now being developed:

“People are discriminating against me because I am 16”; "I'm trying to sort this issue out that I have just stepped into following a real focus on my studies. You must remember that I am not directly involved and I must stay committed to my A-Level's” (local newspaper reports).

This enterprise, wreathed as it has been in lies, distortions, misrepresentations and downright fantasy, obviously still seeks to pretend to innocent good intention, but many an hour must have been spent in conceiving Terms & Conditions as convoluted as they were vicious -- and many an hour thereafter in joyous self-congratulation at the "cleverness" of their authorship.

That all this is now collapsing because of what happens when deceit gets suffused with conceit is of no surprise to those here who will have seen it all before.

But there are real victims out there and they deserve better than for "Managing Director [Name removed by Forum Team]" to walk away on the grounds that he is too young, he didn't know what was happening, he was never involved anyway, he is being harassed because of his age.

In the interests of the victims themselves then, any response to anything posted on the "[Name removed by Forum Team]" ID ought to be considered rather than abusive.

One of these lies is "I have prior permission of the mods thank you very much 'butlers1982'." Only they don't

So question is do you believe the many posts from disgruntled customers or a liar who time and time again seems to spend more time defending there company rather than sorting problems out and not over charging customers or try to defend its illegal terms and conditions

People for godsake please ring him on his number, I have just spoken to him, first I asked him whom I was speaking with and he identified himself as "Dan", I said I would like to speak to the director ([Name removed by Forum Team]), "Dan" then told me [Name removed by Forum Team] was in a meeting (lol). I told Dan that I knew full darn well he infact [Name removed by Forum Team] and that I was on the money saving expert forum, he then SHOUTED "MORON MORON MORON" down the phone for around 15-20 seconds before hanging up!

Others have rung him on here with similar results and he just says they are telling porkies - RING HIM FOR YOURSELVES AND SEE - its bloody funny.

I'm experiencing problems with GCSPCS and ordered a mobile 18th Dec as a Xmas present.

The website states that if the order should take longer than 10 days then someone would get in touch to let you know. However, no one did... I then tried emailing... no response... then tried the phone numbers... they aren't connected!

My next step was to look for an address to write to... and though the domain register of the site, have found that he has registered the web address to some lawyers. I've just come off the phone from them... and they have said they have been bombarded with angry phone calls from people in the same position. They kindly have given me his personal address for me to write to. Also, they have said that they have told [Name removed by Forum Team] they do not want their address registered to his business.

Trading Standards are hot on his heels too. The website is breaking a number of trading standards regulations, that includes not having a geographical address on the website. In addition, the company's terms and conditions are also not meeting regulations.

I would strongly advise not buying anything from his website.

If you are in the same boat as me, I would advise ringing Trading Standards on 08454 04 05 06.

I would also write to his personal address, recorded delivery. (Address obtainable through doing a google on the address registered to his domain website, which will give you the lawyers address. They are very helpful and will give you his personal address, so don't be angry with them as this really doesn't have anything to do with them).

Respect to the Essex D.C who is actually investigating this, taking the time to read this forum and going to the trouble of answering peoples questions.

I'm not keen on the Police but Essex Police seem to have the right balance and I'm loving the Interceptors.

May the police and British Justice deal with [Name removed by Forum Team] in a fair and just way so that he can see that this is how people in Britain should be dealt with and not treated in a shoddy way with T &Cs that are completely one side.

P.S When Essex Police are conducting their Fraud Investigations could they please please please charge [Name removed by Forum Team] £85 per hour charged in 15 minute portions as this would be highly amusing. Perhaps when they read him his rights they could add their own unfair contract terms to include the £85 an hour charge!
