Has anyone tried to have his hosting, email or broad band disconnected?

above and beyond the fraud, issuing threats and the racism almost certainly violates the terms and conditions of all 3. if anyone has an email that contains such, with the headers still in place it should be fairly trivial to get them disconnected.

Well she does live in Canvey Island. Anyone who has ever been there will probably agree that death seems a better alternative.

It will be interesting to see if the local Southend newspaper prints the story about these arrests. This was this paper that ran the original "Local Boy Makes Good" feature that was then syndicated by the national rags.
