That would be cheating, if the answers became available on the internet they would change the test again.

Anyhow 12 of the 36 questions don't have right or wrong answers and are subjective.

I don't think you're the kind of person they are looking for. Even if you did pass the sift you would no doubt be shown up at interview?

ohhhhhhhhh, well in this climate if you dont try, you dont get.

Actually i worked for public sector for many years in a senior capacity and was trained and funded by dWp IN a very specialist area but im rubbish with these sort of tests, these tests IMO are a waste of time as they dont really show your capability.

Im doing one tommorow online and wanted a idea of what to expect.

Do you know how many you need to get right to get a pass, of course i can find a brainy person to do it, and prepare for the random checking at the interview. lol

i VERY HAPPY with my application and wont have a problem with the interview , its the test and subjective thinking i think is often the problem.

Yes I know what you need to get a pass.

But even if you pass, you are being tested against everyone else in the district in which you applied and the cut off required to get to the sift stage will vary.

Civil Service Code may be of some use my friend :D
    • Integrity – putting the obligations of public service above personal interests
    • Honesty – being truthful and open
    • Objectivity – basing advice and decisions on rigorous analysis of the evidence
    • Impartiality – acting solely according to the merits of the case and serving governments of different political parties equally well
