Asda are terrible with their refund policy, I've had to mention it a few times when I have been over-charged, also seen a few people get refunded and not been offered the £2 gift card.I hate migraines.0

I would strongly recommend you all check your receipts after EVERY shop. I shop there about twice a week and either the offers don't go through or they just overcharge. I have this happen in about 1 in 3 shops's with them. One week I was overcharged £20 how they managed that I don't know.
So I have started doing a mental count of what it should cost then seeing what I get charged. I wonder if this is how they make extra money from us. While standing in the queue the other week there were others also saying how bad our store is for doing this and that they check their receipts now. Thanks for any help and advice given
