Contract about to expire, where should i renew(not 3) please

My 18 month contract is about to expire , I do not to wish renew with 3. Whats the best deal, looking at 500 free mins and 100 free texts ?

T-Mobile have got an offer on their Flext35 at the moment - reduced to £25/month for duration of contract.
