How illogical, some of my posts have been deleted, but the quotes are still there.

And now the poster 'Spendless' looks rather stupid as a result.

Spendless - many thanks for your reply. However, because of the thread now not making any sense, I won't be replying to you.

mmm its not Spendless thats looking stupid in my opinion.

That's your opinion, but I've got a better job and a better education than you. Oh, and a better life :)

  • i agree about looking in asda.

my daughter started nursery attatched to a school and wore a uniform, she was 3 in the july so not very big. it is not compulsary for nursery children to wear uniform or infact any iprimary school children. it only becomes compulsary when they are at secondary school.

i still think that all children should wear uniform as it saves the hassle.

as for some of the comments on here, i think some people need to get a life!!! my daughter came out of nursery being able to read and write (and it is a 'sate' nursery).

also who is anyone to judge other people? if you need to comment about being 'better educated' than other people you are really sad. whos to say better education gives you common sense or a personality??

PolishBigSpender has chosen not to respond to my PM so we'll leave his comments there, obviously he has issues if he feels the need to attack people he knows nothing about by spouting ridiculous statements that he has no idea if they are true or not.

Try looking in the non-uniform section of shops too. I often buy my daughter cardies and sometimes dresses for school from normal clothes ranges, e.g. last year Tesco had some nice knitted black dresses that were fine as an alternative to school pinafores. And she won't wear the school sweatshirts, but will wear slightly more pretty red cardigans from normal ranges.

Here's a lovely red cardigan that is available in size 18M, 2 and 3:

I find the sizes from this catalogue tend to come up small, but they are good value, particularly at their sale prices, and you will might well be able to find a discount code that will cover the postage. It saves trawling round the shops!

Edit - sorry just realised that you said royal blue not red. Will have another look for royal blue cardies.

Here's a grey cardigan that is available in age 2:

Or this one is available in 18m, 2 and 3:
