    I used McMullan & O'Donnell after a friend recommended them - absolutely superb.

    On the day they were due to measure up they phoned to say they might be late - they were; about 5-6 mins after the agreed time!

    Their quote was the cheapest (but the salesman said he didn't want to know the other quotes; they worked on a 'real' price for the job).

    The fiyyrts were prompt, tidy and pleasant - they also carried out a FOC repair on the handle of an existing window (not one of theirs! I'd mentioned it in passing during the salesman's visit - he said they'd have a look but couldn't promise they'd have the correct spare). They also left a couple of spare handles for the windows they fitted.
