    O2 can't offer online or text billing if you're on DISE so I'm afraid you just have to phone up to check.

    DISE is a billing platform for business customers. There are a few on the normal consumer platform but they are the older base tariffs, I'm presuming that you're not on a base tariff.

    I'm afraid that system just isn't compatible, yet, with online billing. I think one main factor is that you can have one account on there with about 100 sub accounts and for the system to retrieve the correct minutes and texts for one of them would put too much of a strain on the systems, that and also there are tariffs with shared minutes and texts so its hard for it to calculate. I suppose until they could guarrentee the service for those with loads of numbers on the account then they wont bring it out for business customers.
