Orange Phone Security Code - Help

I have forgotten my orange mobile (payg) phone security code. If I enter 450 into my phone (for customer queries), it merely tells me how to top up my phone. If I log online and follow the instructions to find out my security code, it tells me to call 450 on my phone, or to call an 07....number for Orange customer services. When I phone the 07 number, it prompts me to enter for my Orange mobile number and then my 4 digit security code, which I don't know and which is the reason I am phoning them in the first place.

Can anyone help?

You could get someone else to call on their phone ? Either payg or contract. Or call from a landline.
The guys on the payg helpdesk will have to go through a security check with you before they can reset your code. Usually, when you got the phone, last topup date, post code and address (there maybe more, it keeps changing). They can then get a new code on the acc for you...
