New home owner and strange mail.

  • i have opened post that came to my shop regarding the flat above my shop...a bunch of losers rented it off my LL and they torched it before they left almost taking my shop with it...when i get there post , not that often i open it ,,and its always been debt collectors , ect after them,,i open there mail and i write , not at his adress and i havnt had their
    mail since.......

    Well Barnaby, my son who just bought a repo flat ordered some furniture but it wasnt delivered. When he rang them they said they had cancelled the delivery because there had been a case of fraud at that address and he wasnt on the electoral role as the owner/occupant. He sorted it out and they delivered the stuff - but it was inconvenient - he then quickly completed the form for registration so that he doesnt have this problem again nor any debt collectors banging on his door.
