Sky plus is good, though the call out fee for Sky is now £85, so it's pretty pricey if something goes wrong and they can't sort it out over the phone.
I've had ~3 callouts (outside warranty) in the time I've been with sky+ (quite a few years) and never paid the fee.
Just go down the cancelation route and they'll offer to fix for free I would expect...
Makes sense given that monthly revenue stream they would otherwise loose.What goes around - comes around
