Cancelling 02 Broadband

just cancelled my 02 broadband and they have asked for the router to be returned within 30 days or i get charged £50

i've still got the router but dont have the cd and some cables, do you think they can still charge me the full £50 without these?

    im happy to return the router, just dont want them trying to charge me £50 for 1 wire being missing

    Well why not replace the wire before sending it back.

    Personally if I received parts missing I would bill you the full amount.
