Thanks a lot for all your help guys so far! Yeah I'm not sure what I was thinking taking out that much  didn't plan on spending it all on the night out though - some of it was for the train home etc (but clubs in Manchester are pretty expensive!)
Went and talked to the bank and they said it would take between 1 and 2 weeks  which is a big problem especially as I've got a couple of direct debits (car insurance and phone bill) coming out before Feb 1st, not sure what to do! Is there any chance of getting a temporary overdraft extension? I've got a very good credit history if that helps, as I used and paid off credit cards every month for 2 years pre-uni.
The only thing is my overdraft facility's already at 2 grand(precisely £19.53 away from the limit  ) which is a lot for a 21-year old student, so don't know how willing they'd be to increase it further!

You can increase over £2k, but it ceases being interest free - it goes to 8.9%. You can apply in any branch, and you'll have to go through the budget planner and all that stuff again. Might be worth asking for it on a short term of 1 month, and only ask for that £200 as an increase. What would William Shatner do?0 -
