So they were sat on a desk somewhere, or something fairly similar then. Delayed yes but atleast not lost.

Agreed. we are (sometimes!) treat like adults and something like re-newing passports is the individuals responsibility and then a submission to JPA to claim the costs back. Quick, simple and easy!

its a battalion move therefore they sort out renewing passports etc for everyone otherwise i've always done it myself and never claimed just thought they would be a bit more on the ball
