    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I have a terrible longing for a tea cake!. Just had a banana but I have a Mars bar for later. Final treat before joining WW!

    I am an NHS Manager for the local tPCT looking after 65 dental practices!

    Cat, if you really need your prescription and you can get there the Boots by the Kirkstall morrisons is open till midnight for them.

    Louise 24's brilliant this season. I agree about Tony Almeida, but he's changed his hair now and isn't quite as yummy as before.
