I'd suggest that you do copies of bills etc that you return to them and send by recorded or registered (can never remember which) post, just incase they say they have not received them!!!!
have used e2save before, with success, but you do need to be on the ball!Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.....0 -
I ordered my phone on 28 January and when it had not arrived by 31 January, I phoned e2save. For some reason, my order was not closed out. Anyway, it was done and the phone arrived on 1 February. I received my 1st bill today, and therefore presumed, as it turned out mistakenly, that my 4th bill to be sent into e2save will be my May bill.
I have just telephoned e2save to clarify the correct bills to be sent in. I have been told that as the phone was ordered in January, I will need to send in my April, August and December bills, to get my chequebacks.
Anyone else who ordered from e2save at the end of January might want to check this out for themselves.
I also noticed on my orange bill that I have been charged from 31 January, even though I did not receive the phone until 1 February. I queried this with e2save and was told that as this was a mail order purchase, the phone is connected with Orange from the date of the order. I can't be bothered to argue over 1 day, but will make sure that the next time I go for one of these deals, I won't order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.0 -
