The brown slab sounds like bob soap, although I thought someone said they had stopped doing that. Were they wrapped at all?
Bob soap came out on the retro xmas range this year
Wishing everyone the best of luck for 2020 ☘️

Thanks savvy, some great advice there as a lush newbie i had no i dea wot all the fuss was about .....till now, i bought 2 £15 bags on mon and 2 £5 an 1 £10 bag today after sorting it all out and bagging it into freezer bags i was wonderin how to keep it, most of the soaps were un wrapped or came in box so i've put them all into the bags can i leave them in my bathroom or be best to freeze them???? .....guess where my 12 yr old is right now!!!! yup in the bath with a blue bath bomb and some snow fairy....(am bit worried bout him loving the snow fairy lol) while my 9yr old is nagging him to get out so he can "have a go"!!! lol
LMAO I love the snowfairy son thing!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I haven't tried freezing the soap, if you have a lot you could break a bit off, freeze for a couple of days and then see how it defrosts....................and of course report back here!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

I can say I have a snowcake soap from last year.............not on purpose, it had fallen under my jumpers, and it stills smells great and feels okay, so that'll go in the bathroom soon ;) Remember, stock rotation! :D

The gold frankincense and beer is gorgeous, and not beery at all. I love to use it for my hair as well - I got some last year in the mail order grab bags, and ended up having to hide it from the kids! Give it a go :)
I'm a big fan too...........got some last year and left it til last as I didn't think I'd like.....................OMG what a muppet, it's luverly!!!! :D

But didn't get any this year  :D

  • Hi I went to the Victoria store at 4:30 today and they had loads of bags left in all sizes. I bought a five pound box just to get a 10% off coupon and then bought two fifteen pound bags and used the coupon (as I forgot my other ones at home). I then bought two 15 pound bags and I wish I had bought a 10 and a 15 as they were exactly the same! DOH! And I really wanted bubble bars and snow fairy stuff and there were none in there. They contained the following:

    Supernatural gift box
    Twinkle gift box
    Secret Santa gift box
    2 x Chocolate Santa
    1 x Mr. Butterball

The 5 pound bag, which I thought was better, contained:
    Secret santa gift box
    Strawberry santa shower jelly
Let them eat cake lip balm
    100g Snow Fairy shower gel

Oh, and I also went to Liverpool Street station at lunch and they had no bags left but were making up some more 5 pound bags.

    Hope this is helpful!!!

i think next yr (get me planning ahead lol) i'll definatly be getting the £10 and £5 bags rather than the £15 i wasn't that impressed with mine but over the moon with the smaller 1s x :j

Savvy, don't think i'll bother freezing it if it lasts that long, cheers x

I got given a sample of the jungle hair conditioner. It is a solid bar that you can let soften in the bottom of the shower, then rub into your hands and then your hands onto your hair to work it in.

I have very thick wavy long hair that tangles easily (especially at the nape of my neck), and was sceptical as to whether this would work. All I can say is that it is absolutely great!

I used it on Tuesday and not a single tangle and my hair looks really good.

have to say, I am now a convert to this hair conditioner! HTH aanyone thinking of trying it.

  • I am totally gutted now. Having never tried Lush products before i thought this would be a great opportunity to try them out. My nearest Lush is a 60 mile round trip, so while a friend was in Hull i asked her if she would check it out. Unfortunately they had sold out, does anyone know if any of the Yorkshire stores have any left?

    Thanks in advance
