I went to the Nottingham store today, got one of the £15.00 bags and it contained about 8 gift boxes and 1 pot on its own of the jelly!!

A bit off topic, but any tips on using the shower jelly? I tried some in a "puff" today but it kept sliding off and I had to keep retrieving it from the ground  :rotfl:
You only need a tiny bit, it takes some getting used to but once you've cracked it you'll love it. I take a small piece and crush it into one of those net puff things and scrunch a bit for a lovely lather. Or rub the wet puff over the top of the pot until well lathered

Not 100% but it maybe the B'cocktail soap from there sister company be never. If so its hand soap

ah thank you! It does smell just like plain normal soap (ie not a lush one!)
  • I highly commend the regent street staff who were absolute angels!!!

All the products were individually wrapped, there was a good selection in the bag and i was the better side of £50!

If there are any regent street staff reading this a sincere thank you for making my day!
    Merry Christmas MSE!
  • I am so jealous, I do so want some of these bags but cannot get to the store, why o why can they not do them online
Last year they were inundated with orders and a few items suffered in the post so had to be replaced. Their customer service is second to none but they said at the time they wouldn't be doing the grab bags online again this year.

I think they had so many orders that it took weeks for them to be despatched, then people complained that things were missing, then they ran out of things so had to do substitutes and some people complained about that so all in all it was a bit mad and they said then that they wouldn't do them online again.

Last year though it was a different format, sure it was £80 for £20 and it was set list so said x no of soap, x no of bombs, x no of jellies etc

Mmmm, I,ve just opened the £15.00 Lush bag I bought in Basingstoke this morning and I'm disappointed - Can't tell you what it's worth, there is just a jumble of stuff in the bottom of the bag! none of it wrapped and all the crumbly things have left bits over the 'gel' type things. d'you think this is acceptable or shoud I take it back?

Mine was like that that I got from Basingstoke yesterday. At the time I thought it was just because they rushed it as I was there at about 9.30am and they had ran out of £15 bags as they had sold more than expected and were making them as they needed. When I walked in they were just sorting out the 1 person at the counter, behind me came in about 5 other people wanting £15 bags. Dissapointing reading what others have, not sure if it is worth £50, and not sure what alot of the things are or what I should be doing with them.
  • Brought a £5 bag from preston yesterday as they only had these left.
    (wanted a £15 one)

    In mine i got:
    yuletide gift box
    Chocolate Santa
    Christmas party
    witches ball
