also i had a lovely lush bath with one of the purple ones with the metallic stars in it, it was so lovely - but when i got up this morning i found a star where one really shouldn't have been  :rotfl:

I've just noticed a lot of the stuff in my £5 bag had the 29th Jan written on it.. anyone know whether this is a best before date or sell by date as it doesn't say :confused:it's on a soap and a jelly shower

What are you guys doing with all the popcorn, just throwing it out?
    £23.04/£2020 - Make £2020 in 2020
  • I managed to get a few bags :j :j

I phoned the Hull store who had bags, but wouldn't reserve them for me

I then called Doncaster and spoke to a really lovely guy who said that 'if you ask nicely, lol' :D He put a Christmas shower and bath bag to one side for me which were the £5 ones.

When i got there yesterday evening to pick them up they had tied the two bags together with a lovely pink ribbon, when i originally called i said i hadn't used Lush before, so thought that was a nice touch

I asked if they had any more bags and they only had £5 ones left. He said that they had just made them up with the normal everyday products :j

sooooooo..........i got another 2 :rotfl: The guy then asked if i had seen the products in action, which i hadn't, and they gave me a demo on the jelly, bombs and fizzers ??

How fab are they!!!! :T Thumbs up for Doncaster Lush :T I dare say 'I'll be back'

It's the date it was wrapped. They print out the stickers in store so in the case of soap prob got the huge chunk and over the next few days have wrapped it.
It'll last ages if you keep it wrapped.

eventually visited my local store yesterday to collect my goodies - got 2 x £15 bags one £10 bag and two £5 bags - three of the kids treated themselves with their pocket money to a £5 bag each. They have put their bath bombs in their drawers so they don't forget whose is whose and to make clothes smell nice. In all i now have a big bag full of bath bombs, a big bag full of bubbles bars, 9 gift boxes, 2 emotibombs, lots of soap and 3 big boxes of jelly. Am bit upset that i didn't get any snow fairy cos everyone on here keeps raving about it! lol They had loads of bags left when I went last night so i'm tempted to drive back today for another one, but also thinking if go tomorrow they might have more in them?? either way i love lush and love baths so am very happy. The store even wrapped and labelled everything in my back too - which is great, cos not only do I know what they are I know what to do with them etc Great store, shame it's not closer.x
ps - i am obsessed with reading what everyone has got! LOL - love this thread

Were the charity boxes still being put in the 10 and 15 bags?

I wonder if it's because it's tucked away in the station but I thought they'd have gone early with the amount of people using that station. It's hell during the week.

They had loads of bags behind the counter and even on the floor behind the till bit!

One of my £15 bags had a charity box gift set (very happy with the charity pot moisturiser and fair trade foot lotion inside!) along with a few other items to make up the £50, and the other had lots of smaller giftboxes and individual items inc 2 snow fairy's and different soaps in star shapes!

Oh and I also got some normal products inside them - karma bubble bar and Olive Oil soap, and an aqua mirablis exfoliating body butter - all of which were available in the store to buy.

Everything was labelled so you know what they are, and what names they have.

I added up the value of one of my £15 bags, and it came to £58!!!! :T

Wins : McCains garden games set, 2xTickets to Alton Towers, Links of London friendship bracelet, 2xIdeal Home Show tickets, McFly album CD, Virgin Balloon flight for 2 with a case of ScrumpyJack cider and 2 ltd edition jackets, Powerboat racing experience, £50 Virgin voucher, Aerobie Pro flying ring & Rice Krispie squares, Tesco baby pack
