quickest way to get money out of abbey postal isa,
can one set up a direct debit and then request money from that account or do i have to write off and reuqest they transfer my money etc

i was thinking maybe setting up a direct debit with my ISA account and then requesting money from it does anyone think that will work i know you can transfer money in via bacs so i assume you can transfer money out via the same way0

I don't see how setting up a direct debit would change anything, though, because you can already request a withdrawal to be paid directly into a bank account in your name, but again the request must be made by post.
blinko, are you thinking that, having set up a direct debit, you would be able to walk into your bank and ask them to set up a transfer out of your ISA to your bank account, because if you are, I don't think that direct debits work like that.0 -
kinda i just thought it would be easier to issure a direct debit with the system all set up rather than have to post off stuff each time and fill in lodas of forms with ID.
ii decide not to bother anyway and im just going to request a new withdrawl form and do it the original 3way but thanks anyway0
