    Neil Burkett has personally replied to my emails to him with his apologies and saying he would get someone to contact me as soon as possible, which one of the very helpful and professional ladies in the executive offices did.

    Retentions won't really care if you threaten to leave over speed issues, they're not technical support so they can't diagnose the problem, they can just try and give you an incentive to stay.

    Regardless of whichever company you are having problems with, going straight to the CEO usually gets things sorted out pretty quickly.
