I would advise you to use the address 3 have supplied.
Any other address could slow things past the 7 days.
Also, don't just send it recorded delivery, use special delivery, costs a bit more but well worth it.0 -

If he can prove the delay is the company's fault then yes he should be covered.
The law is very clear though, and if he's firm when speaking to them on the phone, and mentions his 7-day legal right, any company should accept it quickly and without too much hassle. In any case, the record of this phone call (most companies tape them, after all) should be enough to prove the delay wasn't his fault.0 -
3 are desparate to hang on to people. It took me nearly an hour on the phone with them to get a PAC code to move my number away. Persist and you should be fine!0

If you read the first post it appears the OP was offered a second contract as it saysbecause I was a loyal customer I was entilted to another phone and a 25% distcount
Another phone isn't the same as a new phone on the same contract and until it is clarified exactly what the situation is it is difficult to advise the OP.
