hi everyone new here, have been using your links for a while now, but my local Tesco (Leicester Hamilton store) has just changed their policy yesterday, only one coupon per transaction, unless you buy the product.
this all happend because of some greedy people who started to use photocopies, and also defaceing coupons. so the honest couponner suffers again.0 -
Got My Times vouchers yesterday (thanks to OP again) and my 3rd lot of Tesco Vouchers. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0

As has been recommended to me & others - take a copy of the letter on the first page. I've just contacted customer services in Dundee and had a fairly similar reply, so it's still up to date.0 -

Tescos have not changed their coupon policy, its exactly the same as the policy on the first page.
Take a copy of this when you go to the store next time0 -
The jam and the tea moc's in the Sun today were not accepted at my local Tesco...was told they had been blocked. So that left me with £1 of usable moc's( minus 30p for the paper, makes it 70p but did use a 55p Times coupon and £6 of other moc's , so free really) plus a free bag of crisps worth 55p...but SA did say someone had used the coupon and not had the crisps , it had been OK'd by a supervisor , but then 10 minutes later someone else tried it and a different supervisor did not OK it...got 2 copies( as only shopping once more before they expire) and tore out 1 lot of coupons and both the crisp coupons as I walked round the store...apologised for tatty coupons and was told I would have been offered scissors if I had waited until I got to the till.( seriously)...how's that for service?....0

I couldn’t use any of the coupons today as the cashier said they are not allowed any more to take vouchers printed off the computer. She even checked with the manager who supported her. I, of course, did not insist as i did not buy any of those money-off products, but left quite disappointed.I love this forum and thank everybody who contributes to it!0

I had a grumpy SA yesterday, whereby I handed over the coupons and she called a supervisor - fine, most do atm - and when the supervisor stated that what I has said was correct, the SA was like "oh, thats not right, are you sure" lol.
She then took her time, triple checking every coupon before scanning them and continuously appologising to the next customers as though it was my fault it was taking so long :rotfl:
Ive had the policy confirmed by multiple supervisors in the Cardiff Tesco now, but they are careful, and won't usually except black & white coupons in case they're photocopiesOnly two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. - Albert Einstein0 -
As my local Tesco’s store no longer accept internet coupons I sent an email to a manufacturer promoting their latest product by offering money off internet coupons. They were most disappointed to learn that my Tesco’s store wouldn’t accept them, so they offered to contact the store.
The manufacturer replied explaining that the acceptance of internet coupons is at the discretion of the store Manager (which we all know). However, if more of us contacted manufacturers stating their Tesco store won’t accept internet coupons, they may put enough pressure on Tesco stores to reverse their decision and accept these coupons, or better still, get the policy changed at headquarters to remove Manager’s discretion at store level. We can dream!0 -

Has anyone in Leeds, Barnsley or Batley area had any experience with coupons they can advice me on please. I Started going to Asda, because I found that If I went fairly late at night I could use coupns, until their new policy came into force. I live quite a distance from all the Tesco's, but it would be worth the trip if I could use quite a few coupons towards my shoping, even if only one received through post.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
