oh! and can anyone tell me how I can stop writing like this, I must have caught something on my kepboard and don't know how to correct it

Put a rolled-up sock under the right hand end of your keyboard, and it'll stop the writing sloping to one side.

(Alternatively, just click the 'i' symbol amongst all the formatting shortcuts just above the reply panel text box and it'll take the italics off again)

  • 2 new coupons (info borrowed from PTS - thanks guys!):

For Goodness Shakes - 25p & 50p (weirdly there's no expiry date) (on page 45)
    http://www.forgoodnessshakes.com/media/Marathon%20Training%20Diary.pdf

Remember to save it to your computer just in case the online document vanishes quickly.

If you save the whole document into my documents or wherever and then re-open it up you will see the Tools option on the toolbar, go to tools then down to "object data" and then "object data tool", click on this and copy and paste into a word document. You will be able to copy about 3 on one page and re-save it. Hope this is of help to some of you. Im sorry if this isnt allowed, will have to give it a try in Tescos because the barcode on mine doesnt look too good, I dont know why so I may have to print all page 45 after all.
