I had the same problem with Plenty MOC and when machine went mad (not our mad) the supervisor was called. She apologised and typed in 50p off manually.. i thought it was a glitch but obviously I picked up the wrong type of Plenty.
Browntoa your last post reads like you ARE preparing for a change and I hope this is not the case. The thread has worked well and healthy banter is good, however if any of my posts have offended or are considered abuse I will retract.0 -
Browntoa please dont stop the chat, I love this thread! Keep dancing Mad0

I hope all chat is not going to be forbidden. If it is then I have a pressing need, before it's enforced, to know what happened to madmuppets 1 to 4. I have been quite concerned about this.0

Just thought I'd give you all an update on our Tesco ban lol!!!
We have just had an email come through saying that we were abusing the policy by putting through too many vouchers in one transaction and apparently it has been an ongoin issue lol. Oh and surprise surprise we are still banned lol!!!!
I replied saying I didn't know how it was a long ongoing issue as I had only just moved back to the area in mid Jan and according to their policy in store there wasn't a maximum number of coupons you could use in a transaction as if there had of been we would have stuck to it.
We would only norm use about 10-15 vouchers in a transaction if we had that many lol!!!!
So just thought I would give you a heads up just incase anyone else if having problems etc. xxxx0 -

The lightning probably bounced off his shiny newly-dubbined yet still creaky boots, and zapped him between the eyes. A terrible way to go (unless dubbin had been bought with MOCs, obv).0 -

As you were going through tills with cashiers and not self service tills, surely it was up to the cashier to tell you they couldnt accept so many coupons if that was the policy at St Austell store. I could understand if you were given a warning but a ban is going too far in my opinion.2008£3002009£13002010£15002011£41952012£21942013£1494

where did the e mail come from was it head office or from the store, cos if it wasn't head office I'd get them involved. I too only shop at mr T's cos of coupon policy. I think if it was me would think about getting local paper involved (I'm sure we could come up with some great headlines  :rotfl: ) Best headline could get a free coupon to use at Mr T in St Austell
:rotfl:
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
