It begins with an inflation forcast for 2009 and then goes on to say how hard it is to predict interest rates in 2010-11. (he goes for small 0.25% rises in June, August & September 2010, with a range of 1.5% - 2% at the end of 2010).
Now I'm not knocking Mr Walayat's forcasting ability - I'm sure I'd have been even further out - but if you want a guide to 2010, get a newspaper. There's no point in downloading this pdf!0 -
