Take That Tickets to raffle - advice please

Hi - I have had raffle tickets printed with all the information on it - prizes, where our license is registered, when draw will take place etc.
I have had a look at the websites, are you referring to where it states all tickets must be sold for the same price? As I cannot see anything about offering incentives to buy more tickets etc.
Thanks for your help so far0 -

The main conditions for a small society lottery are:
A member of your committee must be named as the ‘promoter’ and this must be agreed in writing by the committee.
Your raffle tickets must include the following information – the name of the group running the raffle – the name of the promoter – the address of the promoter (this can be the group’s address) – the date of the raffle – confirmation that the raffle has been registered with relevant Council.
Tickets can only be sold to those aged 16 or above.
Tickets must all be sold for the same amount,
At least 20% of the proceeds must go to the charity or ‘good cause’. This means that up to 80% can be spent on prizes and expenses. There can be no private gain.

Essentially, for a typical raffle, you are buying a chance at a rate of odds, so if you do 25p but£1 for 5, then you're offering different odds, which isn't allowed.
I'll look for a link...
On a sideways note....
I've seen many places selling "Strips" of 'Cloakroom' tickets at £1 a strip.....
and then pull the whole strip as if it was a single ticket.....
Now I am SURE this is wrong... but I can't find the info on it......0 -
don't think it is, but it is annoying. even though the chances are the same...for more info check out www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk . You'll find me there.
