- work hard at work and try not to get caught skiving on here...

- check online banking
If there is more I'll add later.

Weight loss: 1.5lbs0 -
I work in an office and always find myself snacking from the vending machine...not healthy OR cheap!
I recently read a survey that claims that people are losing the ability to distinguish hunger and thirst.. so half the time when you feel peckish and eat a snack you were probably just thirsty.
So just now when i was thinking i may get a bag of crisps I had a swig of water from the bottle on my desk. So that saved me 40p! (and possibly a bit of weight gain!).
Thats what I have done for today, and now i'm off to check my internet banking
:beer:April NSD Challenge 6/15 :rolleyes:
VSPC £39.88/200 :cool:0 -
today i have so far
checked online banking
paid in cash to the bank (285 went in)
also paid in a cheque for 4.50 (found last night was sent it in sept from selling a old mobile)
paid that 285 to one of my CC's
mum bought me a sandwich at lunchtime so cash saved, and as i was quick in the bank nipped home and also filled up my juice bottle so so far today i have not yet spent any money0 -
Afternoon all!
Just quickly popping in as actually have a few moments to myself. Fayjmk Sorry to hear you have a poorly little one. Mines under the weather too, Nursie thinks he has tonillitis but as he wouldn't open his mouth to let her look she's not sure! Given him antibiotics anyway - lets hope they perk him up!
KTJazz Know what you mean about the sporadic posting - I'm finding it difficult to get on here lately!
Anyway...heres todays efforts:
* Storecupboard Tea
* Check on-line banking :eek:
* Pay a Bill
* Heating on low to keep poorly boy warm
* Washing hokey cokey at 30'c
* Do some money juggling to get through rest of month!
*
Thats about it today!

Just read my electricity meter - OMG how could we be so rubbish at managing it???? need up DD to cover the deficit - underpaying by almost 1/2
Removing nice lovely plug in radiator from lodgers room replacing with halogen blinding heater which is half the cost p/hr (and he cant leave on all night
)
Lunch is left over beans
Looking at getting refund from hoover which is rubbish and keeps breaking - grrrrrr
Laundry hokey cokey again I guess as I am at home
Text pal and find out when she is working at airport next cos my car is stuck there - couldnt take OH to airport as DD sick and Taxi is too pricey.
Think up ways to reduce electricity.
Make list to clean up kitchen etc for new lodger person coming so she doesn't have to cook in squallor!
Split up veggie seeds as have now located (hopefully!!) all of them.....
Hope all folks feeling sick are better.
DD is indeed a mini power station - temp not down - no rash - nothing sore - she's just mega hot - she's had a shower so she's feeling a bit more cool - poor thing. 12 going on 4 at the moment all nested up on the sofa like a tiiny cute thing. Poor thing xTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there. :beer:
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
