    Yep, and my parents who are in their 60's, run rings around me. You can only do what you can do, and sometimes it's best to save yourself for the important things in life. Doing too much just ends up in a smackdown.

    Depending on what it's like - it might be best to go straight to casualty. Broken and chipped bones happen pretty easily and damaging nerves is very easy to do.
