I am so upset right now...just back from ASDA....what a waste of a trip. Tried to buy 2x fairy dish tabs, 2x kitchen cleaner, 2x bath cleaner and 2x Surface wipes and two sponges. My total grocery spend came to under £20.
However just as I was about to pay and had my groceries packed in my cart, the floor manager came over and said I could not buy more than a total of 4 promotional products and I would have to put items back.

What is the point of advertising a 2 for £1 sale etc when a customer cannot buy more than 4 items in total.

What a scam to get people into the store.

Needless to say I left my unpaid for groceries there and walked out  .

I would have brought four lots then paid then leave the items with the man then queue about again and pay for another 4 as then you would still have the items and also he would see how silly it was. Ive been on several sprees with these items and the women who were at the checkouts have just put them through as two seperate orders. :j

My local Asda has no limits as far as I am aware.
Stardrops is good ! Its either an orangey colour in a clear bottle or the amonia one ( white colour ) is great on floors.
Pop over to the oldstylers board and you can see what it is used for.
    Get it in Wilkos.

this is the bottle that you want, i get mine from home bargain, but supermarkets do do it.

    It's great for everything,

the starclen is good for tiles, and getting grease from stuff.

there is also a pine disenfectant, same bottle but green
  • Limit of 6 of each item in my local Asda - Hulme, Manchester.

Domestos is 2 for £1 and I also picked up the Persil offer (not in the promotional aisle but at the cleaning products section). All areas seemed well stocked.
