Best Sim only deal?

Hi I've just left my contract of £35 a month (on 3, booo) and I want to spend as little as possible. I text more then call so my initial brief was £15 a month, 200mins calls and 300text per month. Shopping around I've decided sim only may suit me as I can buy a cheap handset and cancel the sim if I ever find a pay monthly one I want.

So far T.Mobile looks best offering 350mins, 'unlimited' text for £15 plus reading the fine print I'll save some pennys since they'll drop the VAT charge on the £15 until 31 Dec, it apparently gives free internet !web n walk) if I don't leave the 30 day contract and sign up before the 31st of this month.

I was wondering if there were any better deals out there anyone knew of or if there wwre any unseen pitfalls to T.Mobile/ sim only?
