Looking for a new phone

Some how my mobile ended up in the sea this morning, so I am now in need of a new one. I will be looking for a Nokia with Orange. Any recommendations of where to get the best deal on PAYG or SIM free?

    It depends on what you want, there are plenty of sub £20 nokias on ebay but
    most are not new.
