Evening all! I got in from work earlier than expected (after a boring training  ) so managed to do a fair bit of flying
I washed the bedroom window, dusted round, sorted my dressing table drawers and wiped the paintwork! Admittedly, my bedroom is one of the easiest to do as I am managing to keep it nice and tidy, but I'm still pleased with how my list looks
Monday - Master bedroom & landing
Extras
Binbag dance
HHI
My one-a-day (or 7-a-weekend!!) list:
- pay credit card (last payment - yay!!)
- pay money into mortgage
- contact Union
- take compost and book to dad
- take stamps and bags to charity shop
- sort and box up football programmes
- car checks"There's only one way of life and that's your own" - Levellers
"I'm feeling like a Monday but someday I'll be Saturday night" - Bon Jovi0 -
did ok despite cutting my finger whilst washing up - stupidly put sharp big knife into washing up bowl! Not done it all but did the most important bits and the worktops are done every day anyway and cupboard fronts were done last week...

Wipe and replace small appliances
Level Two
Empty cutlery drawer.. wash cutlery tray and replace everything neatly.. get rid of all the odds and sods that shouldn't be in there.. pigpen must've read my mind - been meaning to do for ages!
Wipe the front of the units, kickboards and the large appliances
Sweep and mop the floor
wm
wash up
lunches for tomorrow - mine - DH's
write birthday card & stamp ready to post tomorrow
also spoke to MiL about girls brigade on wed. DH has just texted to say he's on his way home so i'd better watch casualty now otherwide he'll be here before it finishes! Think we'll watch at least one 24 then. Afraid to say I am very happy we have tv, we have sky+, sometimes there's nothing on but I wouldn't be without it now.
Just realised I don;t have to leave quite so early in the morning as going straight to my group which starts at 10.30, so I need to be there about 10.15 at the latest. So can catch the 9am train if not the one after and still make it easily :j which is good as the day after I have an early one and will have to leave about 7!
I keep missing my posts with my new avatar!!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

I've simplified it now. Wierd how it was fine for me - sorry everyone  xx0 -
Evening flyladies and Oddjob!
I'm flitting in briefly to catch up, and have only done the dailies today as I've been at work.
DD got the results of her retake Maths GCSE, and she got her C grade this time!:j I'm really pleased for her. She should have got it first time, but she's had three years of teachers going on maternity leave, and one very poor replacement. Had a Chinese takeaway as a small celebration.
The last few bits need to go out of the livingroom tonight, as the carpet fitters are confirmed for 8.30-9am tomorrow. Tomorrow we just have to shift the computer chair, table and coffee table into the kitchen. So, I'll have to finish on here so it can be moved.
I'll try and do the kitchen tomorrow, or if not, Wednesday. Once the carpet has been fitted, I think a a fair amount of time will be spent putting the room back, although the shelves will have to wait for the weekend. I want to take the sofa covers to be washed as well.
Hugs to Summermoon, and Triker - please nag your dentist, that is not right.
I'm glad you're feeling better boddy - smiled about your mum - mine always tells me to take care on the journey home.:)
flower - I meant to ask you last week if you'd be free to meet for coffee in Lakeside when I came up, but left it too late - I'll ask another time. dusty - are you anywhere near then?
toottifrootti - I love the new way of choosing a task - I may just have to pinch that! I think you should also have a box with small cards, each with a little reward or treat for when you've done the one on the list! I may join you with the diary - I have filled in the dates, but not the all important phone numbers at the back (the garage, doctor, dentist , school etc)It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
I could make it to lakeside from work quite easily and am pretty flexible work wise so let me know if you do decide to meet!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0

Is the thread narrow again? xx0 -
I'm in.. Lets see..Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.
Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.0 -
Evening.
I've finally joined quidco. OH and I have always shared an account but he has changed his email so I thought as I do most online shopping I'd get my own. Just done my first order (cleared my cookies) so will see what happens - greenbee do natural collection usually track ok?
Serena - I'm about an hour from Lakeside but could come along with a bit of planning so please let me know if you do arrange anything (I could bring you some of my wall flowers!)
Feeling a bit grim. I've had a sore jaw all day and I swallowed (no jokes please soappie) earlier and it clicked and sent a horrid shooting pain through my ear. It's hurting now so I've taken some ibup and I'm going to head off to bed to read some of last saturday's paper.
Sleep tight friends xxThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
