Well I'm back from the gym! I worked out for the whole of Diagnosis Murder (it wasn't a very interesting one I thought but there was nothing on the other channels at the gym). I burned off 271 calories in total using the crosstrainer and the treadmill.

I'm doing well with my MACAW - used up 2 samples yesterday (cleansing and moisturising products) and have used a sample of shampoo and conditioner at the gym today as well as starting some tiny tubes of Elemis products today too. I will declutter!

Off to make some dinner now cos I plan to make extra so I can freeze it. We're having meat free chicken style pieces in low fat honey and mustard chicken tonight (on offer in sainsbugs at the mo) with mash and brocolli. Hope it's nice.

AnWs Mum - I have changed to a yellow magnolia for Thursday.
Hugs for Dusty, MOF77, Johanne and anyone else in need.

Mostly wasted the day trotting to Argos and back twice, then out for a run before I went for the boys. Have done the dailies and need to hoover downstairs but not done anything on the planned deep clean. I did clear the mini hotspot in the kitchen and have put a pile of paperwork away. Must do HHI tonight so I keep on top of it rather than let it build up again.

hello all, have been really busy today, have nearly finished our bedroom, have even cleaned the light fitting (for the first time in 5 years:o), just have to finish hoovering, and wash down the door and it's done, but baby is asleep so i will do it after dinner. one of the curtains is in the washer and the other is waiting to go in, will hang them back up wet and let them dry on the pole.
i have a huge book shelf in our room and i still have 4 shelves to dust, but they are bursting with books and it'll take ages, so i'll do it tomorrow. dh has a dust allergy and will go mad if i do it when he's home.
have also s&s the kitchen so it's not too bad.

carlsberggal - it doesnt matter at all if you do your own list / room order - whatever works best for you - try to stay chilled and just think of what you need for the big day on saturday - nothing else really matters just now.
kazwookie get your SIL to try and find out who the grave digger is and speak to him -he might be able to shed light on the problem and a way round it -he is probably repsonsible for keeping it tidy too.
flower you must keep going - you are not allowed to go to bed before 10 - or sleep in the chair or on your feet:rotfl:
pigpen - what do you mean "you left home" - are you ok? You are not allowed to run away - well at least not from us - we love you and need you!

the yellow flowers for Ian are great - but I am getting awfully confused with all the avatars!!! ( I know I am easliy confused!)

Hope none of you have ordered anything from Empire Direct, they have gone into administration. I was awaiting a fridge freezer which I paid for via debit card, you know, so I wouldn't get into debt :o so I'm not protected, anyway everyone has lost their jobs. Really really gutted for them.
