Big hugs to gsysezz. How old is your son going to be? You may want to have a look on your local freecycle group if you are short on things to give him. They often have children's toys etc on mine, or you could post a wanted message for party plates etc if you are planning a party. Also have a look on the freebies board on here to see if there is anything you need.
Well still no phonecall, so I definitely won't be working this morning anyway, so I'm off to put a load of washing on as I know I'll be in to put it in the TD etc. Had better get dressed in work clothes though in case I get called for this afternoon I guess. Washing machine is on now.
sexymouse xxEnjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -
Thanks sexymouse. DS is going to be 8 and fortunately his birthday presents are all bought and paid for. On Christmas Eve I realised I'd gone overboard and slung a few presents back in the wardrobe. He was given a few DS games by family but lost my DS shortly before Christmas. Fortunately he's been given enough money to buy his own and that will keep him very busy.
He's having a very frugal party as I work at a fantastic youth centre so we get that free, party gifts were bought in the Boots 75% sale with my points balance, cake is a present, other half photoshoped some fantastic invities, a fellow youth worker is doing the dj'ing, karaoke and games.
So ALL (?) I have to do is sort out the food............. but that's a big ALL given the way I feel at the moment.Toxic & Tired - Starting 2010 afresh :beer:0 -
