Frodders - how is your arm now? x

Thanks for asking! It's doing ok but still gets sore / achy / stiff / tender etc. and I'm bored of painkillers!! New bone is growing but the breaks have still not fused together - the plates have been holding the bits of bone for the last 9 months! Fracture clinic next Friday so am hoping the x-rays will show more growth. Doesn't look like I'll get full movement back, but no-one can say for sure. It's just a waiting game

serena - I'm having to read the names too and don't recognise myself!! Agree it looks lovely though.

Triker - well done on the weight loss

I now need to post my list ready for tomorrow and then go to bed .........

    Evening ladies

Just popping in before bed to see how the little piglet is coming along - sending safe and speedy arrival vibes (I hated labour, I'm so impatient).

Rach that is fab news for your OH
Soappie - I'm sorry NN is having a tough time and for what it's worth a steam engine does not fall into any realms of normal behaviour! Could nice neighbour report the situation to her own GP if necessary as being stressed by the worry of them surely they have access to contact the relevant GP/social services.

I feel like a different person today now AF has arrived. I really need to do something about my PMT as some months now it is unbearable. I must do some research as I don't want hormone treatment. I already take starflower capsules but can't say they work!

Oldmacdonald - re your post earlier, even now several years into flying the thing I find hardest is it never stays done. I'm a box ticked person so the lists help but it is so frustrating that you are just on a constant cycle. The only good thing is now I know how to recover the situation when it goes pear shaped.

I'll work on my list again tomorrow - not adding much else until I've finished some of it. I did sort out the tax thing I had to do today - just need to sort the fund/cheque out now.

Right off to bed, I'll be signing on as soon as I'm up to hear all about the baby.

Thank you for the kind birthday wishes for DS. It's been an eventful 8 years but they have flown bye. Perhaps Pigpen's Sister will add to the fly birthday count for today. Fingers crossed she has a labour as easy as mine was. I swear i've had worse hangovers (admittedly not so many during the last 8 years though lol).
