Well I had fun and games with the gold chain today.i bought one in ARGOS this morning for £134.99 and then went to a nearby pawn shop who offered £135 for it ,which really pleased me as I thought I would easily sell it for more. I then went to a nearby town with 4 dealers .The first offered £82 ,next two £93 and the last £140..so I took the money and run{not literally].Still a fun morning out and a couple pound profit after petrol.
If anyone sells theirs for more let us all know on here?
One day i will find a quick rich scheme that will work....

You need to cash in your gold online - pawn shops etc pay around £3 per gram. Shops online pay around £5-6 per gram. Like most things you get the best deal online - no middlemen!!!

    Btw I got £185 for mine!

9 ct gold does not have much value on the open markets I'm afraid. It's only 37.5% gold and the rest is other metals. Some countries like India don't recognise it as gold even and are not interested in buying it.

When you buy it new there is always a making charge included in the price which you probably won't ever get back unless the price of gold soars.

Good luck to anyone who has made a profit!
