Me pay for it  No chance
She doesn't live with my parents, they don't even live with each other :rotfl: She is a 29 year old woman with a 15 year olds mind  She cannot or will not do anything for herself or anybody else, that's why i'm trying to sort it out, more for my mum and dad than for her. Anyways thank you for all your tips, I will get her to the bank and get an account opened. Think happy & you'll be happy

One question which i hope someone might be able to answer is:
Assuming you are able to open this basic account without photo ID or non-convetional ID, what happens in a few months/years time if you ask to upgrade account etc?
Would they still insist on Photo ID or would they treat you as an already verified customer?0
