Connecting a Wi for wi-fi (help)

Hope I'm in the right section can any one shed any light on how I connect my daughters Wi to the internet, so she can play other people etc When we get the menu up I can see my wireless connection (which is secure) so secure I can't remember the pass word what do I need to do next (apart from try and remember my password)…
