  • There would be a huge deficit though - would that be allowed? I'm dreading my new landlord being informed, part of me feels like delaying the br until he gets to know that we are a nice family but I don't think I can deal with it much longer especially as my hubbys is done and dusted now x

Sorry Donna for jumping in on your post xx

  • True. Sorry for being indecisive, we are just going to do our original plan and be honest. Hope you get some joy with the IS Donna - I would feel the same if it was my sister even if no one sees it so I know where you are coming from xx

Yes, I agree, why should any one illustration be allowed to publish such records forever.

It is a sad day when criminals have more rights than the average person. Having looked at the site, there is a range of people on there from all different types of backgrounds.

But if bankrupcy is truely suppose to be an opportunity to 'start again' why keep the records after the 6 year period.

In this current climate I am sure the rate of people entering into bankrupcy will be significant. (after all this is a recession - and may lead into a depression) Surely somewhere the laws should change to reflect the current situation and not make bankrupcy the badge of shame for life.

    What do you think??
