There would be a huge deficit though - would that be allowed? I'm dreading my new landlord being informed, part of me feels like delaying the br until he gets to know that we are a nice family but I don't think I can deal with it much longer especially as my hubbys is done and dusted now x
Sorry Donna for jumping in on your post xxI cant change the past, but the future is mine to play with!

True. Sorry for being indecisive, we are just going to do our original plan and be honest. Hope you get some joy with the IS Donna - I would feel the same if it was my sister even if no one sees it so I know where you are coming from xxI cant change the past, but the future is mine to play with!

Yes, I agree, why should any one illustration be allowed to publish such records forever.
It is a sad day when criminals have more rights than the average person. Having looked at the site, there is a range of people on there from all different types of backgrounds.
But if bankrupcy is truely suppose to be an opportunity to 'start again' why keep the records after the 6 year period.
In this current climate I am sure the rate of people entering into bankrupcy will be significant. (after all this is a recession - and may lead into a depression) Surely somewhere the laws should change to reflect the current situation and not make bankrupcy the badge of shame for life.
What do you think??
